Trap and Transfer
$0
Sometimes an animal ends up somewhere it shouldn’t — trapped, injured, or just scared. Whether it’s a raccoon in your shed, a bird tangled in netting, or a stray critter in distress, I offer humane, stress-free capture and safe transport to local wildlife rescues or animal shelters.
This service is not charged, because it's not about profit — it's about helping you, and doing what's right for the animal. Success on trap and transfer are not guaranteed as we know wildlife is, well, wild!
Donations are welcome, and every dollar goes directly to the rescue centers and local animal organizations that continue the care once the animal is safely out of harm’s way.
🐾 Who I Am?
Hey there! I’m Jessica — just a human with a soft spot for animals of all kinds. I’ve spent my life around pets, wildlife, and everything in between. Whether it’s walking a sweet senior dog, caring for someone’s beloved cat, or gently rescuing an injured critter, I do it with patience, empathy, and calm energy.
I recently started Critter Caring to offer help to the community I love here in Sonoma — and to the animals who can’t speak for themselves. This work truly comes from the heart.
As a local and a pet parent myself, I understand how stressful and overwhelming it can be to care for animals — especially when they’re elderly, disabled, or need special attention. I live with two elderly, disabled cats, and I know the emotional and financial challenges that come with giving them the care they deserve.
That’s why I never charge extra for pets with disabilities or special needs. I want to support those who’ve stuck it out for their fur friends through thick and thin — and maybe help take a little of that weight off your shoulders
